Return Policy Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy for customers in the United States. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Within 30 days of delivery date
  • In original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all included materials
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or modification

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package the item securely with all original materials
  4. Include the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the item to our US returns center (address provided with RMA)

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or specially manufactured parts
  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified
  • Products with removed or damaged serial numbers
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Items without original packaging or missing components
  • Hazardous materials or fluids

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item within 1-2 business days
  • You will receive an email notification about your refund status
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Credit will be issued to your original payment method
  • Bank processing time may take an additional 2-5 business days

Shipping Costs

Please note the following regarding return shipping:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • For defective items received within the US, we will provide a prepaid return label
  • If a return is due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs
