Return Policy Overview
We offer a 30-day return policy for customers in the United States. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Within 30 days of delivery date
- In original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all included materials
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or modification
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our US customer service team at +1 (877) 334-7046
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package the item securely with all original materials
- Include the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to our US returns center (address provided with RMA)
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or specially manufactured parts
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified
- Products with removed or damaged serial numbers
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
- Items without original packaging or missing components
- Hazardous materials or fluids
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 1-2 business days
- You will receive an email notification about your refund status
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Credit will be issued to your original payment method
- Bank processing time may take an additional 2-5 business days
Shipping Costs
Please note the following regarding return shipping:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- For defective items received within the US, we will provide a prepaid return label
- If a return is due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs

- 90-day warranty against defects for most items
- Extended warranty options available on select products
- Warranty claims must be initiated within the coverage period
